Exposé sommaire : Le sous-amendement a pour objectif de maintenir la rédaction initiale de la proposition de loi s'agissant du fonds d'indemnisation. En effet, la durée de trois ans laissée aux victimes pour demander réparation, indiquée dans le présent amendement, pourrait être trop courte. L'absence de délai que prévoyait initialement l'article 4 de la proposition de loi est préférable.
