En autorisant l’euthanasie pour des personnes placées sous tutelle ou sous curatelle, cet alinéa fragilise la protection juridique des personnes vulnérables, dont la capacité à consentir librement est juridiquement limitée, et fait peser un risque sérieux de dérives incompatibles avec les principes fondamentaux de protection des plus faibles.
