Vu la gravité de l’acte visé, une simple altération du discernement vient jeter le doute suffisant sur la capacité à manifester une volonté libre et éclairée. Il convient donc de supprimer la nécessité d’un discernement « gravement altéré » pour écarter l’euthanasie.
