Cet amendement vise à exclure la souffrance psychologique du champ d'application de l'aide à mourir.
En effet, les professionnels de santé alertent sur les dimensions subjective, évolutive et parfois réversible de la souffrance psychologique.
C'est une souffrance qui peut évoluer dans le temps et qui est fortement influencée part l'accès aux soins et au suivi des patients.
