Ce sous amendement vise à retarder l’approbation des statuts des sociétés France Médias et de l’Institut national de l’audiovisuel.
Les auteurs de cet amendement estiment que la mise en œuvre d’une holding dans le secteur de l’audiovisuel public mérite un véritable plan de préfiguration. La présente proposition de loi a été rédigée dans la précipitation et sans véritable recul sur les conséquences qu’elle engendrera pour les sociétés de l’audiovisuel public et pour ses salarié.es. La création d’une telle holding ne peut se faire à la hâte.
